Lunch: Granary egg and rocket sandwich, 2 capps.
Snack: Roasted pepper with rice, slice of bread with port salut cheese, salad.
Victoria Sponge. 2 glasses of rose
Dinner: Crab and chilli spaghetti, 10 Cheese crackers. 2 glasses of red wine.
