12: Lunch of one poached egg, 1inch of feta cheese and 1/4 avocado. 1 digestive biscuit
1pm: Yoghurt with pineapple. 1 skimmed coffee.

8pm Roast gilthead bream with quinoa and salad. Yoghurt. 2 digestive biscuits. punnet of strawberries
