Superset with 15 full push ups
Kneeling deadlift with row 9kg
head to floor with 5kg
Stability ball glute strengthen
kettlebell swing 20kg
Snatch 12kg
2 sets of 15 pikes on Swiss Ball
1x20 side sit up on Swiss Ball with 7kg
50 doulbe crunches on Bosu
20 cross knee to elbow crunches on Bosu dome side down
